Chris Shinkle is the Director of Innovation at SEP, a role held since 2012. They have worked at SEP since 1997, progressing from software engineer to recruiter to development manager. With extensive experience in Agile and Lean methodologies, Chris has successfully led complex projects in various sectors including aerospace and healthcare. They introduced Feature Driven Development (FDD) and Kanban processes at SEP, significantly evolving the company’s internal practices. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
