Alice Badé is currently the Europe Skincare Group Manager for SEPHORA, bringing over eight years of experience in luxury and beauty markets across the US, UK, and France. Previously, Alice held roles in marketing and communications at prominent companies such as Chopard USA, Tiffany & Co., and Harrods, where notable achievements included implementing successful marketing campaigns and launching new product lines. Alice also gained valuable insights through positions like Media & Consumer Marketing Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies and International Marketing Executive at Yves Rocher. Alice holds an Advanced Master Degree in Management Marketing from ESSEC Business School and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Ecole supérieure de Chimie organique et minérale.
