Alli Bernard

Alli Bernard has extensive project management experience, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in PMO Workflow at SEPHORA since August 2021, after holding various roles within the company, including Project Manager for Corporate Facilities and Associate Project Manager at Sephora FSC. With a proven track record of completing over 60 projects on time and within budget, Alli excels in facilitating project kickoff meetings, managing cross-functional communication, and driving strategic initiatives such as the Sephora@Home project. Previous experience includes coordination of onboarding processes as a Training Coordinator in Learning & Development and leadership as a Store Team Lead, along with property management role at SC Properties. Alli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from San José State University, complemented by education from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
