Ashleigh Mitchell

Ashleigh Mitchell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail management, education, and the performing arts. Currently serving as a Regional Leader at Lorna Jane since November 2022, Ashleigh previously held the position of Retail and Education Manager Queensland at Benefit Cosmetics from March 2018 to November 2022, where responsibilities included driving retail growth, monitoring KPIs, and coaching teams. Earlier, Ashleigh worked as a Store Business Manager, focusing on sales maximization, performance analysis, and recruitment. In the education sector, Ashleigh taught dance and singing at Capricorn School of Dancing, mentoring students aged 4-18. Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Swinburne University of Technology and a Conservatory in Musical Theatre from the New York Film Academy, complemented by an educational foundation at The Rockhampton Grammar School.
