Benoit Calande began their international career at Carrefour in Hong Kong before returning to France. They served as a Senior Consultant at Colombus Consulting from 2008 to 2012, focusing on project management in the energy sector, and later held various roles including Data & AI Center of Excellence Director at SNCF from 2015 to 2020 and Data Factory Program Management Director at LVMH from 2020 to 2024. Currently, Benoit is the Global HR Director for Data & Analytics at SEPHORA and is pursuing a degree in Viticulture and Oenology at Ecole des Vins et Spiritueux. Benoit also studies art history at Ecole du Louvre.
