Caitlin Freeman

Caitlin Freeman is an accomplished Brand Manager for Sephora Collection at SEPHORA since March 2022. Prior to this role, Caitlin served as a Beauty Buyer for New Brand Partnerships at THG, where skills in sourcing and onboarding brands led to securing 38 new brand agreements and managing a portfolio of 60 brands, collaborating cross-functionally and conducting in-depth sales analyses. Caitlin's experience also includes serving as a Junior Buyer for Perfume & Cosmetics at Heinemann Australia Pty Ltd, where relationships with major vendors were developed, and significant inventory reductions were achieved. Earlier career roles included positions at Lux Group as a Junior Merchandise Planner and Assistant Beauty Buyer.
