Carmen Blakely

Carmen Blakely has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Field Sales and Education Manager at SEPHORA since July 2008, where responsibilities include talent recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and brand management. Prior to this role, Carmen held the position of Assistant Store Director at SEPHORA, focusing on employee engagement and event production to enhance brand reach. Carmen began the professional journey as a Department Manager at Anthropologie from February 2007 to July 2008, leading the hiring and training of the sales team while implementing merchandising strategies to enhance profitability. Carmen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from South Carolina State University.
