Cassandra Freeman is the Director of Strategy and Programs at Sephora, where they lead strategy and program management for the opening of 850 shop-in-shops in a two-year span. Previously, Cassandra held positions at Gap Inc. as a Manager in the Lean Six Sigma PMO and Strategic Sourcing Manager, driving operational excellence and developing supplier relationship frameworks. Cassandra also served as a Public Relations Manager for Kollaboration SF, as well as a Licensing Strategy Manager at Fanmade, overseeing significant licensing agreements.
