Clément Marchal

Clément Marchal is the Data Science & AI Director for Sephora EME, where they currently lead the Data Science team, focusing on developing algorithms that enhance customer experiences and optimize operations. They inspire innovation through AI initiatives and maintain a catalog of predictive algorithms to drive business growth. Previously, Clément spent a decade in the digital and banking sectors, developing and deploying data science solutions for marketing and risk departments. Clément earned a Master's degree in Econometrics and Applied Statistics from the University of Orléans.
