Dave Hart

Dave Hart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate management. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Sephora since March 2013, Dave Hart is responsible for site selection and market evaluation across the United States. Previously, as Vice President of Real Estate at Talbots from 1999 to 2012, Dave Hart managed a large multi-concept portfolio and collaborated with senior management on strategic plans. Earlier roles include Divisional Manager of Real Estate Development at Pier 1 Imports, where site selection was a key focus, and as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Barclay Commercial. Dave Hart also directed marketing for a major office building at Premisys Real Estate Services and managed leasing for a large suburban office complex at Centre Development Company. Dave Hart holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
