Deborah Yeh is the current Global Chief Purpose Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for North America at Sephora. Deborah has previously worked as VP of Marketing at Gap Inc. and as a Group Manager of Marketing Planning at Target.

Deborah Yeh has been in the marketing industry for over 15 years. Deborah started their career at Target as a founding member of the Target.com marketing planning team. Deborah then led marketing planning for the company's electronics and entertainment businesses, developing unique partnerships and helping to drive more than $12 billion in sales annually.

In 2008, Deborah Yeh left Target to join Gap Inc. as VP of Marketing. During their time at Gap Inc., they led the marketing strategy and brand management teams for Old Navy. Deborah also supervised the marketing budget and plan, with responsibility over both traditional and digital advertising, social media, partnerships, in-store experience, packaging, PR, direct marketing, and customer insights.

In 2012, Deborah Yeh left Gap Inc. to join Sephora as Chief Marketing Officer.
