Eric MacNeil has a diverse background in the retail and beauty industry, with experience spanning from 2003 to 2022. They began their career at LE CHÂTEAU as an Assistant Regional Merchandising Manager, overseeing a team across seven stores. Later, at Sephora, Eric held several positions, including Education Lead and Store Director, where they facilitated training in makeup artistry and store operations. Eric was recognized as a member of the Star Council in 2019 and has served as a co-lead for INCommunity SOARS and STIP mentoring programs. Eric attended Humber College from 2003 to 2006.
