Farnaz Nikbakht has extensive experience in marketing and retail operations, currently serving as the Director of Email & Direct Mail Marketing at SEPHORA since June 2017, where responsibilities have also included previous roles in email marketing and loyalty programs. Prior to SEPHORA, Farnaz held the position of Manager of Retail Operations for the Williams-Sonoma brand from November 2013 to June 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Brand Manager at CollectiveHabit.com and Associate Manager at Coach. Earlier career roles include District Manager for LF Stores in Los Angeles. Farnaz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Chico.
