Haikal Lim

Haikal Lim is the Director of Product & User Experience at SEPHORA, where they lead strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience across e-commerce platforms in nine countries. Previously, they founded Rice Advertising Pte Ltd and served as Creative Director, winning notable accounts and managing a creative team at Proximity Singapore. Haikal began their career as a Junior Web Designer at Singapore Press Holdings and gained experience as a Product Engineer at Agilent Technologies. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and completed a User Experience Design Immersive program at General Assembly.
