Jérôme Simon

Jérôme Simon is currently the Responsable Opérations Digital at Sephora, where they oversee the operations of e-commerce sites, mobile applications, and Digital In Store for Sephora EME, managing a team of ten engineers. Previously, Jérôme served as an Analytics Product Owner at Systar, and held roles at Monoprix where they led e-commerce production and integration teams. Jérôme has also worked as a Principal Consultant in Operational Intelligence at Axway and as a Business Consultant focused on payments and CRM at Temenos. They earned a Master’s degree in International Financial Analysis from Université Lille 2 and a BA Honours in Banking & Finance from the University of Paisley.
