Joan Willat is the EVP, Chief Retail Officer at Sephora. Prior to Sephora, Joan was with Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from January 2005 to May 2012 where they were the Manager Store Operations. Before Williams-Sonoma, Joan was with MAC Cosmetics from January 1996 to December 2005 where they were the Manager of Retail Operations.
