Joanne O'Neill

Joanne O'Neill currently serves as the District Manager for SEPHORA, overseeing operations in Victoria, South Australia, and the Australian Capital Territory since April 2025. Prior to this, Joanne worked at Bunnings as an Operations Manager from October 2022 to March 2025. From September 2010 to October 2022, Joanne's tenure at Lorna Jane included various roles, progressing from Assistant Store Manager to VIC, ACT & WA Regional Leader. Joanne also gained extensive experience at McDonald's, holding positions from Shift Supervisor to Restaurant Manager between November 1996 and September 2010. Joanne's educational background includes studies at Victoria University from 1996 to 1997.
