Jonathan Gerfen

Jonathan Gerfen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and consultancy. Currently serving as Desktop Team Manager and previously as Executive Technical Support Specialist at SEPHORA since December 2016, Jonathan focuses on optimizing technology to enhance business efficiency. Prior to this role, Jonathan operated as a Freelance Technology Consultant from 2012 to November 2016, advising organizations on cost reduction, productivity improvement, security compliance, and streamlining business processes. From 2003 to 2012, Jonathan held the positions of IT Manager, acting IT Director, and acting CIO at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, where oversight was provided for IT infrastructure in a large advertising agency. Earlier, from 1995 to 2003, Jonathan worked as a Managing Consultant at Mann Consulting, delivering IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
