Kaitlyn Ray is an experienced educator and instructional designer with a background in both elementary education and technology-enhanced learning. Beginning as a full-time elementary school teacher at EAGLE College Prep, Kaitlyn taught 3rd grade and mentored new teachers. Following this, Kaitlyn held teaching positions within the Phoenix Elementary School District #1 while simultaneously advancing to instructional design roles at TEKsystems and later DriveTime, where Kaitlyn developed comprehensive training solutions aligned with strategic business needs. Currently, Kaitlyn serves as an instructional designer at SEPHORA, focusing on creating effective learning experiences to enhance the store curriculum and client engagement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and an MEd in Educational/Instructional Technology, achieved with a 4.0 GPA.
