Kate Taylor is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand marketing, currently serving as Senior Manager at SEPHORA since January 2019. In this leadership role, Kate has enhanced team structure and marketing capabilities for the Hair and Fragrance business, driving significant brand investment. Previous positions at SEPHORA include Manager and Assistant Manager of Brand Marketing, where Kate established key marketing functions in Canada. Additionally, Kate is a mentor at Monday Girl, a private network for professional women. As Founding Partner and Head of Marketing for The Girls Trip Tours from April 2018 to March 2021, Kate spearheaded marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
