Khadija Hakouk

Khadija Hakouk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of cosmetics and materials chemistry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Development and Formulation at Sephora since 2023, Khadija is also a co-founder of Legacy, a startup specializing in eco-designed makeup packaging. From 2019 to 2023, Khadija worked as a Senior Formulation and Innovation Scientist at Oriflame Cosmetics, and previously held the role of Research Project Leader at L'Oréal. Notable contributions include the development of new cosmetic concepts and technologies, alongside managing research activities and team expertise in various laboratory settings. Khadija's career began with a solid foundation in materials chemistry, earning a PhD from Nantes Université, and includes significant research experience at institutions such as Saint-Gobain and the Institut des Matériaux de Nantes. Khadija has also received the "Coup de Coeur" award from LVMH and Dassault Systèmes during the Hackathon Cosmetic 360 in 2018.
