Lakshmi S. is currently a Senior Director of Omni Retail & Digital Experience at Sephora, where they lead marketing efforts for makeup and fragrance categories, as well as initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Lakshmi held roles as a Director of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager at Sephora, and worked as an Account Supervisor at Edelman, where they designed brand marketing initiatives. Lakshmi also served as an Associate Strategy Director at April Six and a Corporate Responsibility Intern at Praxair in 2012. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Societies at the University of Pennsylvania.
