Laurène DULAC

Laurène Dulac is currently the Directrice des Relations Sociales at SEPHORA, overseeing social relations for 5,500 employees across more than 300 stores. Previously, Laurène held positions such as Directrice des Affaires Sociales at Mondelēz International and Responsable Relations Sociales at Carrefour and Arkema. With a background in human resources and social law, Laurène also worked as HRBP and Juriste en Droit social at CEA. Laurène earned a Master’s in Business Law with a focus on Social Law and Human Resource Management from Université d'Orléans and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Abertay University.
