Léa Vincent is currently the Europe Group Manager for Fragrance at SEPHORA. Previously, Léa worked as a Launch Projects Manager for Make Up in Europe and held the position of Senior Category Manager for Make Up Europe. Before joining SEPHORA, Léa gained experience at Parfums Christian Dior as a project pilot in supply chain management and at MAKE UP FOR EVER as a Demand Planner. Léa completed a degree at AgroParisTech, specializing in life sciences and environmental industries.
