Lilas Petit has extensive experience in the retail and cosmetics industries, having held various managerial positions. Lilas began a career at NOCIBE as a Vendeuse from August 2011 to September 2013. Following that role, Lilas worked at KIKO MILANO as Responsable magasin from November 2013 to June 2018. From April 2019 to October 2023, Lilas served as Manager of Customer Experience and Directeur magasin at Victoria's Secret.
