Lily Zhou

Lily Zhou is the current Chief Operating Officer for Greater China at Sephora. Lily has previous experience working as the Chief Financial Officer for China at Group Beaumanoir, as well as with KU DE TA Group and LVMH Perfume & Cosmetics China. Lily started their career in 1997 as an assistant financial controller for Saint Gobain China Holdings before moving to PwC where they worked as an audit supervisor from 1993 to 1996.

Lily Zhou has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Beijing Capital Economics University.

Lily Zhou reports to Alia Gogi, President, Asia. They are on a team with June Rhee - VP Merchandising, Sephora China, Antony Hayes - CIO, Asia (SEA, ANZ, China), and Dylan Choong - VP Human Resources, South East Asia & Pacific.
