Lorna Ryan

Lorna Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and financial oversight. Currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Audit and Control at Sephora since April 2017, Lorna leads the development, implementation, and testing of internal control procedures across Sephora North America and oversees the annual audit plan. Prior to this role, Lorna held positions as Director of Internal Audit & Control at Sephora and Management Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting, where responsibilities included enhancing risk management and achieving operational excellence. Lorna began her career at KPMG Ireland as an Audit Senior, focusing on financial statement audits and team management, and also worked as a Retail Sales Consultant at Next Group PLC. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Galway and completion of Chartered Accountants Ireland FAEs.
