Marisol Marcano

Marisol (Mia) Marcano is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in the beauty industry, primarily with SEPHORA, where tenure began in July 2008. Currently serving as Training Store Manager and Store Manager at Sephora Hamlin, Marisol has overseen multiple high-volume store openings and played a pivotal role in onboarding and training new leaders in the Orlando/Central Florida District. Prior achievements include significant contributions to new off-mall locations, including Vineland Pointe, and a full-circle return to Florida Mall, where Marisol successfully drove revenue growth. Marisol’s retail career began at Victoria's Secret, where responsibilities included managing a large team and driving business operations for a high-revenue store. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of Sales and Marketing at Guardian Life, where team-building and recruitment were key focuses. Marisol has a degree from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
