Michelle Oliphant

Michelle Oliphant has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Stores at SEPHORA since May 2009, overseeing a district of 10 stores across three states and successfully developing three Store Managers into District-level positions. Previously, from May 2005 to December 2008, Michelle held the role of Store Director at SEPHORA, where management of a team of 30 employees and the development of four Co-Managers into Store Manager positions were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a tenure as Store Manager at Victoria's Secret Beauty from 2001 to 2005, beginning as a Co-Manager, and earlier management at Leslies Pool Supplies from 1996 to 2001, where oversight included direct reports, employee management during peak seasons, and handling commercial pool accounts.
