Mike Ng is a seasoned Loss Prevention Investigator with extensive experience in crime prevention and investigation across multiple retail environments. Currently serving at SEPHORA since September 2018, Mike effectively oversees loss prevention operations in several stores, utilizing advanced surveillance systems and collaborating with law enforcement to manage theft and shrinkage. Previous roles include positions at Lord & Taylor, DigiStream Investigations, and Shoprite, where Mike honed skills in apprehending shoplifters, conducting investigations, and representing companies in court. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security from Stockton University and a Master’s degree in Emergency Management and Business Continuity from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
