Rachel Schaeffer

Rachel Schaeffer is currently the Talent Management Manager for Europe and the Middle East at Sephora, part of the LVMH Group, where they oversee organizational management, HR campaigns, and talent development initiatives. Previously, Rachel held various roles focusing on diversity and inclusion, including D&I project manager internships at AXA and Sanofi, as well as leadership positions at TotalEnergies, where they managed global diversity strategy. Rachel earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from Université Paris Nanterre and has a background in social sciences and applied foreign languages.
