Rex Xu is currently the Data Hub Director at SEPHORA and has served as the Head of Data and Analytics since 2020. Rex worked for Microsoft from 2008 to 2013 as a Business Intelligent Program Manager, leading a vendor team to develop BI solutions for over 1,000 internal users across five business segments. Their subsequent roles include Senior Manager Business Analysis at Apple and Senior Manager Business Intelligence at Starbucks China. With a PhD in Bio-electronic Technology and Equipment from Shanghai University, Rex also held the position of Mobile Product Director at WuXi AppTec from 2015 to 2016 and contributed to building digital solutions at Dalian Wanda Group.
