Romain Lebas

Romain Lebas is the Head of Social Media for EME at SEPHORA, a role they have held since 2023. Romain previously served as a Social Media Manager, Senior Community Manager, and Head of the Social Media Pole within the same company, demonstrating a strong progression in their career. Before joining SEPHORA, Romain worked as a Consultant in Social Media at GroupM, where they managed community engagement and digital strategies for prominent clients such as Volkswagen and Unilever. Romain began their professional journey in marketing and event coordination at Prada and as a Community Manager at CARTEL DEALER DE COM. They hold a Master’s degree in Marketing Communication from ISC Paris and a Licence in Economics and Management from Université Paris - Val-de-Marne.
