Salma Zerai possesses a diverse background in technical support and quality assurance. From October 2015 to November 2018, Salma worked at SFR and Bouygues Telecom as an Assistante Technique Support Niv1&2, where responsibilities included addressing customer needs, assisting with ADSL and fiber optic installations, and managing technician appointments. Subsequently, Salma served as a Consultante Qualification Web & Mobile at B/Acceptance from January 2022 to February 2024, focusing on user requirement analysis, test preparation, manual testing, and reporting while collaborating in Agile sprints.
