Stephanie Bianchini

Stephanie Bianchini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Labour & Workload Analytics at SEPHORA since October 2018, Stephanie has also held previous roles in the same department, including Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. In addition, Stephanie is the Founder of Arlo Grace, a luxury children’s footwear brand based in Montreal, established in June 2019. Prior to these roles, Stephanie served as Financial Analyst/Assistant Project Manager at SIDCAN INC. and as a Financial Analyst at Bath & Body Works. Stephanie's career began at ALDO Group, where roles included International Marketing Coordinator and International Marketing Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from McGill University and a Diplôme d'Études Collégiales in Honours Commerce from Marianopolis College.
