Stephanie Hu currently serves as Senior Director of Retention Marketing at Sephora, having built a robust career focused on digital marketing and eCommerce. With a tenure at Sephora beginning in May 2016, significant contributions include launching same-day delivery and an annual membership program in Canada, as well as leading various marketing initiatives ranging from mobile messaging to omnichannel strategies. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy, and Gap Inc., where skills in consumer-driven growth strategies and eCommerce development were honed. Stephanie holds an MBA from The Wharton School and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Notably, Stephanie has received the Sephora Innovation Value Award and multiple accolades for impactful client work during earlier career stages.
