Theo Collier is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial accounting and auditing. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Accounting at SEPHORA since April 2021, Theo has also held positions such as Senior Financial Accountant, Finance Manager, and Interim Financial Accountant within the same organization. Prior experience includes over six years at KPMG UK, where Theo progressed from Audit Associate to Audit Manager, after completing a graduate scheme and obtaining a chartered accountant qualification. Earlier roles include Management positions at International Quest in 2012 and 2013. Theo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2014, and attended The King's School, Peterborough, from 2004 to 2011.
