Wanda Ma

Wanda Ma is the SVP, Technology and Operations at Sephora. Wanda was previously the Vice President, Head of Information Technology at bareMinerals from November 2009 to April 2016.

Wanda Ma has transformed IT organization culture from purely operational with focus on “keeping the lights on” to true partner with business with capabilities to deliver business priorities on time and within budget. Wanda has established credibility and trust with business partners, restructured teams, and introduced monthly steering committees and stakeholder management meetings for enhanced collaboration and informed decision-making.

Wanda Ma has also helped boost sales by creating and retaining strong business partnerships, increasing automation, and driving deployment of innovative enterprise systems at distribution centers and across store and wholesaler business partners; introduced 3PLs to meet increased shipping demands.

Wanda Ma attended a certificate program for leadership at Carnegie Mellon Center for Leadership Excellence. Wanda then went on to earn their bachelor's degree in computer science from University of California, Berkeley.
