Anna Hooven

Anna Hooven, PE, is the Chief of the Program Delivery Office at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), where they facilitate large-scale vehicle fleet procurement programs, manage Special Projects and Events, and oversee a Coordination Group focused on essential infrastructure activities. Previously, Anna held roles including Manager of Structural Engineering and Program Manager for Major Projects at SEPTA, where they managed significant initiatives such as the Trolley Modernization and KOP Rail Extension Project. They began their career as a Civil Intern at Hunt Engineering Company and contributed as a Structural Specialist and Resident Engineer for Jacobs, focusing on highway bridges and transit projects. Anna earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
