Blair Hyde

Blair Hyde is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in safety risk management, emergency preparedness, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Safety Risk Management at SEPTA, Blair focuses on identifying and mitigating safety risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance safety protocols. Previously, Blair held key roles at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and FEMA Region 3, where they developed continuity plans and led emergency management initiatives. Blair earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Virginia and completed the Executive Potential Program at the USDA Graduate School.
