Dan Dwyer

Dan Dwyer is a general counsel at Conrail, bringing extensive experience in legal and transportation matters, particularly in contract negotiation, corporate governance, and litigation management. Prior to this role, Dan served as corporate counsel at Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), where responsibilities included negotiating commercial leases and managing litigation related to land use and rail regulatory compliance. Dan's legal career also includes positions at Blank Rome LLP and Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees, where they specialized in environmental law, procurement law, and product liability. Dan holds a Juris Doctor from Temple University and multiple master's degrees in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
