Harley Cooper, AICP, currently serves as the Director of Suburban Service Planning for Bus & Metro at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) since April 2017. Prior roles include Senior Operations Planner at SEPTA, Senior Transportation Planner and Transportation Planner at Foursquare Integrated Transportation Planning, and Graduate Assistant at the National Center for Safe Routes to School. Harley also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina, a GIS Assistant at the Center for Neighborhood Technology, and a GIS Technician at the Dutchess County Office of Computer Information Systems. Educational qualifications include a BA in Urban Studies from Vassar College and a Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
