Jena Burley

Jena Burley, CIDD, currently serves as a Control Center Training Officer at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) since May 2025. With extensive experience in training and customer success, Jena has held various roles including Corp Trainer/Sr. Customer Success Coach at Bright MLS and Training Specialist at Framework Solutions, LLC. Previous positions include Corporate Trainer at Summit Funding, Inc., Mortgage Trainer at Univest, and Corporate Trainer roles at Freedom Mortgage and New Penn Financial, LLC. Jena began a career at Citizens Bank as a Banker and held administrative roles at Pfizer, Inc. Jena is federally and state licensed in multiple states including Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jena is pursuing a BA in Human Performance Management and Healthcare Management at Immaculata University, with attendance from 2006 to the present.
