Jennifer Dougherty

Jennifer Dougherty, AICP is the Manager of Long Range Planning at Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. Jennifer has extensive experience in urban planning and has worked in various planning roles at organizations such as the City of Philadelphia and Remington & Vernick Engineers. Jennifer holds a MCRP degree from Rutgers University and a BA in Political Science from Saint Joseph's University.
