Michael Kendall

Michael Kendall is currently the Manager of Public Finance at Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). Prior to this, Michael had various roles at Cigna from January 2017 to September 2022, including Financial Analysis Senior Advisor, Risk & Underwriting Lead Analyst, and Underwriter. Before that, Michael was the Co-Founder, Executive Director, and Board Member at East Lake Expression Engine, an organization serving youth in Chattanooga, TN. Additionally, Michael was a Partner and Co-Founder at RO-CO.CO, an acoustic identity firm. Michael holds a B.A. in Music from Covenant College.
