Senior Director, Financial Operations at Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority

Thomas Kelly has been with Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) since February 2015, starting as the Director of Sales and later moving up to the position of Senior Director of Financial Operations in June 2021. With a 30-year experience in various roles, Thomas graduated from LaSalle University in 1989, following their education at Father Judge High School from 1979 to 1983.
