Launched in 2025, September Search Partners (SSP) collaborates with real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, and energy companies to identify and place transformative talent. At SSP, industry veterans Jennifer Novack and Emily Von Kohorn marry the expertise and rigor of a global practice with the personal commitment of a boutique.

The firm’s specialist focus allows its professionals to understand clients’ needs and advise thoughtfully at critical junctures. The companies they work with range from the real assets divisions within trillion-dollar asset managers to start-ups in niche sectors. They focus primarily on placing talent from c-suite leaders down to the vice-president level, across functional areas from acquisitions to investor relations to finance to operations.

In every assignment, SSP invests the time to understand the full picture—strategic, organizational, human–in order to help clients build value for the long term.

We know that leadership transitions are more than hires; they are new seasons for individuals and organizations. We’re honored to guide clients and candidates through these pivotal moments.
