Daniel Ammann is an experienced professional in the GPS/GNSS industry, currently serving as President of onocoy Association and Founder of dammven GmbH since September 2022 and August 2019, respectively. Ammann also acts as a Strategic Advisor at Septentrio and was a Board Member for piavita AG until October 2023, where involvement included representing Business Angel investors. Previously, Ammann held the position of Chairman of the Board at Fixposition AG and contributed significantly to MIMOS Zurich as a Tech Lead and sound/light engineer. Prior experience includes key roles at u-blox AG, where Ammann served as Executive Vice President and Co-Founder, leading the development of GNSS products. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ETH Zurich, complemented by PhD research before transitioning to u-blox.
