Shalini Sharp

Shalini Sharp is an experienced board member and chair, actively involved with multiple organizations in the biotechnology and nonprofit sectors. Current board memberships include BeiGene, Septerna, Neurocrine Biosciences, Organon, Mahzi Therapeutics, Alameda County Community Food Bank, and former roles at Mirati Therapeutics, Sutro Biopharma, and TB Alliance. Shalini served as Board Chair for Mahzi Therapeutics and previously for Black Pine Circle School, contributing to the governance and strategic direction of these organizations. Academic credentials include an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and an AB in English and American Literature from Harvard University.
