SeqDiagnostics is transforming respiratory infectious disease diagnosis through innovative genomic solutions. We are dedicated to providing clinicians with the rapid, comprehensive, and actionable insights needed to improve patient outcomes and advance precision medicine.

Our Mission is to revolutionize respiratory infectious disease diagnosis by providing clinicians with rapid, comprehensive, and actionable genomic insights that improve patient outcomes and advance precision medicine.

We are developing a proprietary next-generation sequencing (NGS) platform designed to revolutionize how clinicians diagnose respiratory infections. Our technology leverages cutting-edge genomics and bioinformatics to analyze genetic material directly from a respiratory sample. This allows for the comprehensive detection of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and atypical pathogens in a single test.

Respiratory infectious diseases represent a significant global healthcare burden. Traditional diagnostic methods often fail to identify the causative pathogen in 40-60% of cases, leading to delayed or incorrect treatment, increased healthcare costs, and poor patient outcomes. SeqDiagnostics was founded to close this diagnostic gap.

Our platform provides a single-assay solution with broad pathogen coverage, superior sensitivity, and a rapid turnaround time, enabling faster, more accurate treatment decisions when time matters most. We are committed to developing tools that seamlessly integrate into clinical workflows, empowering clinicians to make critical decisions with confidence.

We envision a world where every patient with a respiratory infection receives the most accurate diagnosis possible, enabling optimal treatment decisions and better health outcomes.
